Hackers feast on govt websites as Pinoys hold ‘Million People March’

SOME government websites were hacked Monday during the “Million People March” against pork barrel apparently as part of protest against the alleged anomalous use of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF). The protest march was triggered by the alleged P10-billion pork barrel and P900-million Malampaya fund scams allegedly committed by businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles involving
some lawmakers. Some of those who were victimized by the hackers are the websites of the National Historical Commission, National Telecommunications Commission, Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino, Municipality of Pikit, North Cotabato, Optical Media Board, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, San Juan City, Talibon Bohol, Philippine Economic Zone Authority and the Sugar

Napoles, Lim still in PH, says BI
NAPOLES
WANTED businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles and her brother Reynald “Jojo” Lim are still in the Philippines. Napoles is the alleged “brains” behind the P10-billion pork barrel and P900million Malampaya fund scams. She and her brother are the subjects of an intensified nationwide manhunt by law enforcement agencies by virtue of an arrest order issued by the Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 150 for the
case of serious illegal detention allegedly committed on Benhur Luy, the whistleblower in the pork barrel scam. According to Acting BI Commissioner Sigfried Mison, based on the database of the travel records of the agency the siblings Napoles and Lim are still in the country.
