CAGAYAN de Oro City-All City Hall and local government workers here would be required to undergo compulsory drug testing, a city official said Monday. City Councilor Roger Abaday, said that a 1997 Memorandum Circular No. 34 of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), requires a compulsory drug test to all government workers either regular, casual, or on a contract basis.
