Robredo hit for using illegal campaign funds LIBERAL Party (LP) Vice Presidential candidate Leni Robredo is in hot water for using prohibited campaign funds to boost her candidacy. Critics said the former representative for the 3rd District of Camarines Sur has a well-entrenched propaganda machine and political advertisements
are allegedly financed by funds from illegal campaign contributions. Robredo’s promotions and advertising placements on TV and radio have been estimated to reach several hundred million pesos, along with her well-placed expensive tarpaulins, posters and stickers. robredo/PAGE 11
