Butuan City budget BUTUAN City -- The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) recently approved the budget for calendar year 2016 in the total amount of P883,675,754.02 covering the various expenditures for the operation of the provincial government and P6,505,467 as support for the economic programs and projects of the province. Said budget came from various sources including local tax revenues – P14,375,027.00, permits and licenses – P1,770,00.00, service income – P28,837,906.00, hospital fees – P72,897,698.00, interest income – P 1,000,000.00 and external sources – P764,795,123.02. The approved budget is a 5.73 percent increase from the 2015 annual budget.

EMBERS of the Brunei-IndonesiaMalaysia-Philippines-East ASEAN Growth (BIMP-EAGA) have drawn up an updated framework for development initiatives in the sub-regional grouping in line with the roadmap of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
