DTI holds Intellectual Property Information seminar

CAGAYAN de Oro City - the Department of Trade and Industry, in cooperation with Intellectual Property Office, spearheaded an Intellectual property (IP) information Seminar, earlier, here. “Intellectual creations are keys to a successful and competitive business. he Philippines’ franchising industry remains bullish that Filipinos overseas, retirees, and young entrepreneurs will fuel the growth of the sector for the next several years. Association of Filipino Franchisers, Inc. (AFFI) chair Armando O. Bartolome, in a press conference Wednesday, said the organization receives optimism from overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), retirees, and young entrepreneurs who would like to penetrate the franchising business. New Zealand Ambassador meets CDO Mayor Moreno

Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno warmly welcomed newly-appointed New Zealand Ambassador Stefan Corbett who arrived here yesterday to grace stakeholders’ meeting and visit Northern Mindanao-the Philippines New Zealand Dairy Project in Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon areas. The dairy project, which started in October 2013, is supported by the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade that aims to improve productivity of dairy farm operations in the countryside.
