HE national government is set to build P6.9 billion worth of flood control projects in the Mindanao River Basin to counter floods that, in recent years, have submerged many parts of Central and Northern Mindanao Regions. A press statement from Public Work s Secretar y the Mindanao Development Rogelio L.
