CAGAYAN de Oro City-Chief Supt. Noel Constantino, the head of Philippine National Police in Region 10 (PNP-10), has ordered all police units in the region to strengthen and intensify its intelligence monitoring. Constantino has instructed the policemen on the ground to conduct checkpoint to constrict the entry of the terror groups, who stormed the Marawi City jail on Sautrday that
