MAMBAJAO, Camiguin-As part of the preparation for the Panaad 2017 (a vow in exchange for a good life), the provincial government collaborated with the local government of Balingoan to facilitate the transportation needs of the commuters and tourists and conducted various meetings to provide better service during the Holy Week.
