HE NMR1 and NMR4 regions of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) are set to conduct separate LEADS seminars this month. The NMR1 region will conduct its LEADS seminar today (Saturday, March 5) at Golden Stallion Suites, this city with Eagle Ferdinand Bernasor, National PEIL Director, and Eagle Cesar Yamuta, Executive PEIL Director, as the speakers. PEIL stands for the Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership. Five officers of each of the 23

clubs of NMR1 are expected to attend the seminar. The 23 clubs are Opol, Punta Sulawan, Makahambus, Balingoan, Kagayhaan, Hibok Hibok, Silver Creek, Macajalar, Mt. Balatucan, Bulua Red Clay, Gingoog “Kaliga”, Green CDO, Mantigue Island, Consolacion Gateway, Carmen, Royal Vectors, Mt. Ilihan, Patag, Kauswagan Gold Coast, Tagoloan, Riverside, Mahayahay Hills and Medina Eagles (Cocos Nucifera). With the same speakers, the LEADS seminar for NMR4 will be held on March 19 from 1:00 p.m. to

5:00 p.m. at Philtown Hotel, also this city. The member-clubs of NMR4 are Cagayan de Oro, Golden Friendship, Oro Builders, Uptown CDO, Metro Cagayan and Bugo Eagles. LEADS seminar aims to inculcate the officers about doing, planning programs and conducting orientation seminar and general membership meeting in their respective clubs. The Philippine Eagles is the first Philippineborn fraternal sociocivic organization that lives with the guiding principle Service Through Strong Brotherhood.
