W HO : Mayor Al Morgan announced that in his borough, there will be no door knocking “for the safety of our children and our community,” but that doesn’t mean the holiday won’t be celebrated. Trick or treating will take place on Sunday, Oct. 31, between 4 and 8 p.m. The mayor said, “Residents who would like to distribute treats should place a table at the end of their driveway and spread treats apart to minimize handling.
