ABOUT SUB800
Who we are sub800 was founded by a London landlord. They kept seeing the same thing: good buildings, in great locations, sitting half-empty or let on long, lifeless leases; while the businesses inside them wanted something else entirely.

HOW WE WORK
Two Ways We Work sub800 never takes a lease. There are two routes; and in both, the landlord stays in control, taking a lease with the tenant. sub800 and the tenant sign a service agreement.

Find a space with sub800 services and let us handle every aspect with you from start to finish. We have hundreds of options that are pre-priced and available for you or your client to view. Representatives will gain access to 10% introduction commission when their client signs on a sub800 space.
Already have a tenant on a traditional lease who wants the ease of managed services without having to do it all themselves? Introduce us, and we'll quote to deliver those services to your client directly. Your client gets a better experience, and you earn a 10% introduction commission.
