After graduation, I will be working as a member of the Periodicals Department at Soka Gakkai International-USA. I plan to pursue doctoral studies, and continue advancing toward my dream of opening a K-12 school in the United States, based on the principles of Soka education.

I would like to work with a research organization in the US promoting Soka Education and Soka values. My long-term goal is to work with the United Nations implementing Soka Education across the globe.

Thanks to my experience at Soka, I am now equipped with a reified commitment to value-creatinge ducation and the foundational knowledge necessary to successfully merge my passions for education and architecture. With this foundation, I am working as an agent of change in my capacity as an Associate Designer at FieldingNair International –an architecture firm with the mission to transform education and improve learning through innovative school design.

Through the MA program at Soka, I was able to find my own way of contributing to the development of education by establishing a teacher training program for in-service preschool teachers. I will continue to pursue my passion to realize humanistic early childhood education in the Los Angeles area while pursuing an EdD program in Educational Leadership in Social Justice. I am so grateful for the opportunities that the professors and donors have given me and am determined to give back to my community by spreading Soka education.
