Pop gloves on before applying tanning product and then lightly apply to all exposed areas of the skin.

Christmas FRUIT TRIFLE
INGREDIENTS
4 packets of flavoured strawberry, raspberry or boysenberry jelly
Half a fruitcake cut into small squares
2 cups of custard
1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit such as raspberries, blueberries or mixed berries
1 cup of freshly-sliced strawberries
1 cup of thickened cream
1 teaspoon of icing sugar
Grated white or milk chocolate
2 tablespoons of brandy (optional)
METHOD
1. Make jelly according to packet instructions.
2. Put the fruitcake into a bowl, drizzle with brandy and top with half of the jelly mixture. Next, add custard and fruit; then top with remaining jelly and let sit overnight in the fridge.
3. To serve, beat cream and icing sugar until soft and fluffy, and add in grated chocolate. Top with fresh berries and enjoy.
