Children can visit Santa and share all of their Christmas wishes as well as have their photo taken.
Santa will be located on Level 3 in the Myer Giftorium.
Children with sensory needs can visit Santa and have their photo taken in a quiet and controlled environment. Children will receive a special gift bag filled with exciting goodies, and a complimentary photo to make their Christmas extra special.

Mignonette Dressing
1/3 CUP WHITE WINE VINEGAR
1/3 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
4 SHALLOTS, PEELED AND FINELY CHOPPED
SALT & PEPPER
LIME & PARSLEY TO SEASON
SERVES: 4
METHOD
In a non-reactive bowl, mix mignonette ingredients and cover in cling wrap.
Refrigerate overnight to develop flavours.
Serve shucked oysters on ice with mignonette in a small bowl on the side.
Scoop a small amount of the mignonette onto each oyster and season with parsley and a drizzle of lime juice to taste.
PLUM SPRITZER with apricot syrup and thyme
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 PLUMS
1 LEMON, JUICED
40ML APRICOT LIQUEUR SYRUP
1 BOTTLE PROSECCO
6 THYME SPRIGS
METHOD
Chop the plums into thin slices, leaving some to the side for a garnish.
Mix the plums with lemon juice, 4 thyme sprigs and apricot liqueur in a cocktail shaker until all juices are released.
Add ice and shake.
Pour evenly between two glasses of crushed ice.
Top up the glasses with Prosecco and garnish with thin plum slices and thyme.
