R The warmer months are all about refreshing, delicious food. From healthy smoothies, salads, and acai bowls, to the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables we’re blessed with here in tropical Queensland, summer food has never looked so good!

BERRYLICIOUS SUMMER SMOOTHIE Ingredients 1 cup liquid (we love to use water or almond milk) 1 scoop protein powder ½ banana, frozen ½ cup berries, frozen 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp your favourite nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter) Handful of ice

Method: Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve in a tall glass and top with fresh berries and mint.
