METHOD • One whole peeled orange (antioxidants, vitamin c, betacarotene) • 1/2 cup frozen berries (anthocyanin antioxidants) • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (essential fatty acids, omega three) • 1 handful of baby spinach leaves (antioxidants, lutein, zeathanthin and zinc) • Cover with unsweetened almond milk (zinc) • Add ice • Add cinnamon to taste.
