Rochdale MTC announce exciting musical showcase

Following on from the great success of their last production, RENT, Rochdale Musical Theatre Company's next performance will be a ‘Showcase’ production of some of the best songs from stage and screen.

RMTC's last production, RENT, proved a huge success

RMTC Chairman, Dan Killeen, encourages local people to support the theatre company at their new venue: "We would be delighted if you would join us at Matthew Moss High School from Tuesday 19th to Saturday 23rd November. The venue has brand new, state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment and holds an audience of over 200 people. There will also be a bar and refreshments available."

Dan added: "RMTC have been able to secure a wonderful cast of local talent for this production, but without the support of the people of Rochdale and the surrounding areas we will be facing some very challenging times ahead.

"RMTC have been producing shows in the town for over 100 years and hope to be able to continue doing so for many years to come."

The Showcase will support Springhill Hospice as well as raising much needed funds for the theatre group.
