St Wilfrid’s Hospice is much more than a building. For over 30 years, we have been providing tailored compassionate end of life care both out in the community and at the Hospice, supporting our patients living with a terminal illness, and their family and friends.

At any one time, we care for at least 325 patients with the majority of our patients supported in their own home, residential or nursing home, or in hospital. Here in the Hospice we can accommodate up to 18 patients. The facilities have been designed with the patient’s comfort in mind with bright and spacious en-suite rooms that have ample space for visitors and personal belongings. Each room offers easy access to the gardens, where patients can enjoy the fresh air in peaceful and tranquil surroundings.
