Developing further the concept of designing in conflict and advocating for variation through that . By incorporating the push and pull between the 3 edges of the design influencing from external to internal on the basis of proposed form , materiality as well as spatial functional placements.

Implying the existing site fabric on one side of the design while proposing a conflicting public realm which gradually grows from the ground , engulfing the private UN office like a parasite.
