About Studio Ten 25
Studio Ten 25 is a full-service interior design firm specializing in sorority houses nationwide With more than 18 years in the design industry, Abbe built the firm around creating timeless, layered, and highly functional spaces that support chapter life while honoring each sorority’s history and identity
Our style is colorful, collected, and tailored to each chapter We balance statement-making design with durability and longevity, knowing these homes must withstand daily use, recruitment, alumnae events, and leadership transitions Every space is thoughtfully planned to reflect the personality of the chapter while remaining timeless enough to serve future generations
We take a collaborative approach We work closely with housing boards, national organizations, and local leadership to understand priorities, timelines, and budget parameters from the start Our goal is to create a design that feels special and elevated while remaining practical and responsible
Project Management & Communication:
We operate with a clear, structured process to ensure quality, efficiency, and strong communication at every phase
Design Development:
We begin with programming and space planning to ensure functionality From there, we develop comprehensive design presentations that include floor plans, finish selections, furniture specifications, and budgets This allows all decisionmakers to see the full scope before procurement begins
Budget Control:
We establish a working budget early and track all specifications against it Our team reviews pricing in detail and provides transparent updates so there are no surprises If adjustments are needed, we offer alternatives that maintain design integrity while protecting the overall investment
Procurement & Execution:
Once approved, our team manages all ordering, vendor coordination, tracking, and logistics We oversee custom pieces, production timelines, freight coordination, and installation schedules This centralized management reduces errors and keeps projects on schedule
Timeline Management:
Sorority projects often revolve around summer installation windows We build detailed production timelines and work backward from install dates to ensure every piece is ready when needed Our team is experienced in managing multiple large-scale installations within tight timeframes
Communication:
We maintain consistent communication through scheduled check-ins, organized design presentations, and written updates throughout the process We understand that housing boards and national teams require clarity and accountability, and we prioritize responsiveness and transparency
Project Schedules
At Studio Ten 25, establishing a clear and realistic schedule is one of the first priorities once a project is awarded We begin by building a master timeline that aligns design milestones, procurement windows, construction coordination, and installation targets with the chapter’s occupancy date This schedule is developed in collaboration with the Owner, contractor, and key vendors so expectations are aligned from the outset
Throughout the project, we communicate regularly through scheduled check-ins, milestone updates, and shared documentation Owners receive design presentations, submittals, and change order summaries as selections are finalized, along with periodic budget and procurement updates We typically provide access to this information through organized digital folders, presentation decks, and email summaries that clearly outline approvals, pending decisions, and next steps. When schedule changes arise, we address them proactively and transparently Our team evaluates the impact, presents alternative solutions when needed, and updates the master schedule so all parties remain informed
To mitigate delays, we prioritize early selections for long-lead items, maintain consistent vendor follow-up, and coordinate closely with contractors to ensure site readiness aligns with delivery and installation timelines Contingency planning and phased ordering strategies are also used to protect critical installation dates
Studio Ten 25 has extensive experience delivering sorority house projects on accelerated summer timelines In recent projects of similar scale, initial schedules targeting late July completion were successfully met through early procurement and structured installation planning In instances where minor adjustments occurred due to shipping or construction factors, final delivery remained within the required occupancy window through strategic substitutions and installation sequencing
With more than 20 years in the design industry, Abbe leads Studio Ten 25 with a bold, forward-thinking approach. She inspires the team to push boundaries and createone-of-a-kindspacesforeveryclient.
Abbe provides overall creative direction and is involved in every phase of a project, from initial concept through final installation. Her ability to build lasting relationships with clients and vendors has been central to the Studio’s continued growth and success She holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from Louisiana Tech UniversityandisaproudPhiMualumna
