DESIGN CONCEPTS

Interior design is much more than simply following the latest design trends There are several key interior design concepts that play vital roles in the design process of any space We will create concepts for each space in your chapter home based on your vision. From space plans to color palettes, your design booklet will help you to visualize the final look

PLANNING

Think of interior design concepts as elements that work together to create a cohesive and beautiful rooms As your interior designer, we will use these concepts through the conceptual design phase to develop your vision and bring it to life.

TIMELINE

Once we receive feedback from the chapter, we will work closely with AOII Headquarters through the remaining phases of the design process to make your chapter home come together room by room as we await your final move in date

Dining Tables

Update the seating configuration for better function Seating for 200 if possible

Add banquettes on back of dining room.

Lightweight & durable tables for easy moving and quick layout changes as needed

Round tables included in configuration as an option.

Lighting & Accessories

Install existing gold lantern chandeliers to update the overall look

Add TVs around the room to use during chapter meetings and events

Add new art for color and pattern throughout dining room.

Dining Chairs

Lightweight chairs that are easy to move around Custom AOII Infinity Rose chair in white or blush pink vinyl upholstery on seat and back

Stackable chairs that make setting up for meetings and meals easy and quick.

Order a total of 250 chairs to use for events and for extra seating

Drapery Panels

Add new panels and hardware to keep the space from feeling dated too quickly

restaurant style dining tables

A restaurant style table will give you the durability and lightweight design to make moving them around much easier. The tables have a durable laminate top with a metal base with a few finish options. The overall look of the tables will have a cafe vibe and they will all mix and match well.

Tops are 1 7/8" thick with a honeycomb core that provides excellent durability in a lightweight frame The laminate exterior makes the tabletop an easy-toclean and will naturally repel spills during everyday use. Simply wipe it down with mild soap and water. The realistic texture gives the tables a refined look

Made of durable steel, this table base is constructed to withstand heavy-duty, long-term use in busy dining rooms. A powder-coated white finish offers a sleek look and comes with nylon pads to protect the surface of your seating area from scratches and marks Brush nickel finish is also available

Please be aware that the production and delivery time for the custom AOII Infinity Rose chair is aprox 16 weeks We will order extra chairs for the chapter to use during events.

Booths are also custom made to order and made in the U.S.A. We can upholster them in the blush vinyl or the soft white vinyl.

Option 1 Pink

The drapery panels are in need up an update and will be replaced with something more timeless and neutral We can install a soft white panel with a trim detail in pink or a soft ivory accent.

Another option to consider is a drapery panel in a soft subtle pattern with or without a trim detail

Acrylic rods with brass details or a simple brass drapery rod will help to elevate the space
