DAVIDE CARLESI AND GIAN LUCA TONELLI FOR TORRE 1961 Chairs are one of the main testing grounds for any designer. Fundamental industrial design themes converge here: aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics, integration in the space, sustainability of materials and processes. Our co-operation with Torre 1961, has allowed us not only to measure ourselves with chairs, which we have always favoured, but also to create a whole system of products, from seats to sofas, from tables to other furniture, in an organic and consistent exchange in order to meet the various demands of the contract furniture market.
From the very beginning, Torre has been aware of and responsible for all aspects that distinguish its manufacturing process; even those elements that are not directly connected to manufacturing itself are taken into account. With over 50 years of experience and 11,000 sq. meters at our disposal, our company takes pride in producing stunning chairs and tables of the highest quality and design in metal, wood, leather and plastic, for both Hospitality and Office. Special attention is dedicated to our carefully crafted custom made service in order to fully meet our clients requirements.
All of this together in an enterprise that unites in-depth experience with modern dynamism and attention to quality and details typical of the best ‘Made in Italy’ tradition.
