Enter Listing into MLS – Office admin enters the listing into the MLS 3. MLS Documents – We upload information to the document section for agent viewing in the MLS 4. Upgraded Listings to 3rd Party Sites – We have full syndication to Realtor.com, Zillow and Century 21 websites 5. Order Preliminary Title Work – We order preliminary title work through Diversified National 6. Set Up Showing Times – Staff will set up your showing time requests 7. Flyers – Flyers are created for each listing 8. Post to Social Media – Listing materials are published to social media and Facebook groups 9. Sign Installation – Yard sign is installed when admin fee is charged 10. Golden Ruler Setup – Listing activity report sent to the agent and client 11. Listing Maintenance – Open houses, price changes, data updates and status changes are handled by office staff 12. Online Review of Documents – Agent inputs pending documents into Skyslope for Broker Review 13. Closing – Deal Closes and agent uploads closing documents 14. Syncing of Closing Documents – Title company has the ability to email closing documents directly to Skyslope 15. Office Admin Closes in the MLS – File is closed in MLS system 16. Sign Removal – Yard sign is removed if admin fee is charged 17. Preferred Client Club (PCC) – Post close client follow-up to maintain agent awareness if admin fee was charged 18. “Just Sold” Facebook Marketing – Update the social media post to “Just Sold” 19. Marketing Credit – Agent receives a Marketing Credit if the admin fee was charged 20. Agent Paid – Commission check is cut and the agent is paid 21. Files Archived – Skyslope files are archived for review infinitely
