A development designed around the principles of environmental sustainability, where contemporary architecture is thoughtfully integrated into the surrounding landscape. The project embraces natural-based materials, passive bioclimatic strategies, and a balanced intervention that respects the site's character while enhancing the experience of living close to nature. The architectural concept optimizes solar orientation, natural daylight, and energy efficiency to create comfortable, resilient homes with a reduced environmental footprint. Landscape design plays a central role, seamlessly connecting built spaces with their natural surroundings and encouraging a stronger relationship between indoor and outdoor living. The development comprises individual residences with private entrances and vertical living layouts, offering both privacy and functional spatial organization. Horta do Castelo Residences

Horta do Castelo is a contemporary residential development conceived through an environmentally conscious and forward-thinking architectural approach. Designed by Studioarte. The development is guided by an “Ecofriendly” vision, where natural-based solutions, organic materials, and passive environmental strategies are integrated from the earliest stages of design. The architectural concept prioritizes energy efficiency, thermal comfort, natural ventilation, and the optimization of solar orientation, allowing the buildings to respond intelligently to climate conditions while reducing overall environmental impact. Carefully integrated into the surrounding urban fabric, Horta do Castelo seeks a balanced intervention within the territory, respecting the scale and character of its context. The project promotes a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces through landscaped areas, shaded transitions, natural light, and visual continuity with the surrounding environment, encouraging a lifestyle closely connected

Casa do Moleiro - Vale do Lobo

A renovation and expansion project for an existing home, reinterpreted in a contemporary style. The house spans two floors and features five en-suite bedrooms, with an open-concept living area. The accessible terraces were designed to take full advantage of the ocean view, and the spacious decks next to the new pool are intended to enhance the outdoor living experience. The surrounding garden, inspired by the Mediterranean, ensures low maintenance and harmonious integration into the natural environment.
