FLOORING – THE HOUSE IS LIKE AN ‘ISLAND’ SURROUNDED BY OVERDONE COBBLESTONE FLOORING – WITH NO RELATION WITH THE GARDEN . NO PRIVACY ARROUND THE PLOT . TO DEMOLISH ALMOST ALL THE COBBLESTONE FLOORING AND ADD PERMEABLE FLOORING [GRAVEL, ETC.] – INCLUDING THE ROAD ACCESS TO THE HOUSE .
