Returns and Breakage Claims:
• No merchandise may be returned.
• A restocking fee of 25% will apply to any orders that are canceled within 1 month of the original ship date.
• Credits may be issued for merchandise determined to be broken or defective.
• All breakage must be reported to Ceramo within 3 business days of taking receipt of shipment and must be noted on proof of delivery receipt.
• To file a breakage claim, please visit our online claims center at www.ceramousa.com/claims. Please include the following information:
• Damaged quantity of each impacted item
• Description of the damage
• Photos of each damaged item
• A copy of the signed bill of lading with damage noted as below
• Per trucking company requirements, breakage MUST be noted on the proof of delivery documentation in order to have a claim honored. If there is clear evidence of damage, the consignee should notate the damages on the BOL before signing. If there is no visible damage at the time of shipment, the consignee should notate “Possible Undisclosed Damage” on the BOL. This information will assist Ceramo should we need to file a claim with our freight carrier. A copy of the signed BOL should be included with your claim.

• Many of our products are hand-crafted. Every piece that we sell is unique. Slight variations in size, weight, color or decoration are to be expected. Small cracks may sometimes appear on the bottom of our outdoor pieces. These cracks are a result of the traditional firing methods used to manufacture these pots. These are NOT considered a defect and in no way impact the structural integrity of the item. All of our products are made with the highest quality standards.

Every single flower pot in our collection of Carved Thai Planters is hand-thrown on a traditional potter's wheel by a master craftsman in the mountains of Thailand. All of the decorations are carved into the wet clay by hand, and are then colored with vibrant stains after the pots are fired. Because of these processes, all of the pots in this collection will vary from one another, and the sizes listed here are approximate.

For many houseplant enthusiasts, the entry point to their collections are succulents and cacti. These hardy plants continue to drive sales in a variety of plant shop settings, which has resulted in this much-requested planogram configuration.
This set-up includes 507 pieces of our most popular shapes and sizes for succulents and cacti (pot sizes range from 2.75” diameter to 10.75” diameter), featuring small pots and low profiles, and is designed to fit on a standard 4’ gondola shelving unit with backstock for some of the more popular items. The diagram at right shows a single pot of each style for clarity, but when building the display for retail, we recommend stacking the pots. All items are available for re-order on an open-stock basis.
