CENTER HUNG TRAY INTRODUCTION
Easy step 1, 2, 3 connections for fast and effective site installation: Step 1 - insert rod in splice
For an integrated wire management system, Center Hung Tray simplifies the support and routing of power and telecom/teledata cabling. A single hanger rod is used at each support point. This makes installation easier by reducing support requirements and eliminating the need to pull cable through the trapeze supports. Center Hung provides substantial savings in cost and time. With Center Hung Tray, cables can be laid in on both sides. Both the support and connection of the Center Hung Tray sections are accomplished by a single splice coupling designed to save time. If additional support is needed beyond the 10 feet or 3 meter intervals, an intermediate support hanger can be used.
Step 2 - connect center section to splice
Center Hung Tray rungs come already attached transversely through either the top or bottom of the center tubular rail. Each rung is securely staked to the center rail in four places, providing additional strength and rigidity for reliable cable support. The chances for damaging and losing rungs during transportation and cable installation are significantly reduced with this safe, reliable and secure method of rung attachment.

Unique dual width rungs provide 4 separate cable compartments without dividers. Dual width rung catalog numbers utilize our standard format, except both widths are shown.
Three 3/4″ wall spacers that are provided with each standard 10′ or 3m section must be mounted between back of spine and wall at mounting points. This unique design permits a wall rack to be installed without the use of a wall bracket.
