STATE-OF-THE-ART PRODUCTS Corrosion is a naturally occurring process that can lead to unsafe conditions, extensive repairs and even failure. While the causes of corrosion cannot be eliminated in reinforced concrete and steel structures, preventive measures and modern technology can minimize its damaging effects. By taking a proactive approach, corrosion can be mitigated prior to the onset of significant damage. Addressing the issue early in the life of the structure ensures the ability to efficiently plan or eliminate the need for costly repairs. STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES offers a full suite of cathodic protection systems – including both impressed current and galvanic solutions – to accommodate a wide range of service-life expectancies, budgets, design considerations and maintenance requirements. Electro Tech CP™ ICCP Systems
STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES designs and manufactures Electro Tech CP™ ICCP (Impressed Current Cathodic Protection) systems. These systems are driven and controlled by proprietary power and monitoring devices that deliver and monitor precise levels of protective current to concrete and masonry embedded steel.
ELECTRO TECH CP™ ICCP SYSTEM FEATURES • Design flexibility – variable power supplies combined with the most sophisticated controllers available allow for different levels of protection within a structure through multi-zone design and operation • Adjustability – as conditions change, protection levels can be adjusted to optimize current flow and protection in order to maximize structure and system life and prevent overprotection • Remote monitoring – proprietary control software allows for remote monitoring and adjustment by owners or by our expert technical support staff. The system will alert operators when conditions change, equipment fails, or parameters are exceeded.

GALVANIC CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEMS
LifeJacket® & EZ Anode® Systems
LifeJacket® and EZ Anode® are galvanic cathodic protection systems attached to the exterior of concrete surfaces to stop corrosion. These systems are engineered composites that utilize zinc mesh anodes to deliver protective current without the requirement of a remote power supply. • Customizable – these systems may be tailored to nearly any type of structural component • Maintenance-free – self-powered systems adjust to changes in environmental conditions to deliver optimal corrosion protection at all times • Repairs & protects – stay-in-place LifeJacket® provides corrosion protection and serves as a form for placement of repair materials
Electro Tech CP™ MCP Systems
Electro Tech CP™ Metalized Cathodic Protection (MCP) systems deliver uniform corrosion protection to embedded reinforcing steel in concrete. Simple to operate, these systems do not require external power, may be coated to provide additional protection or for aesthetic purposes, and can be configured to work in impressed current mode. • Adaptable – sprayed anode coating conforms to any concrete structure, and is available in an array of alloys • Robust – adheres strongly to the concrete substrate, anode stays in place for the life of the system • Easy to maintain – self-powered systems are visually inspectable and allow for future application of additional coating materials without disrupting the structure.
