Amazon controlled all aspects of the drivers’ jobs. Amazon dictated the uniforms of drivers. Amazon imposed multiple codes of conduct on DSP employees that regulated how drivers should look and act around colleagues and customers. Amazon mandated drivers use DSP owned cell phones loaded with its apps as delivery devices.
