The St Richard’s Living Well Team care for patients at St Richard’s Hospice in Worcester
Patients spend part of the day at the hospice and go home afterwards
The team is made up of healthcare professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and complementary therapists who provide expert care
The team can help you to live well with your illness and to continue to do the things that are important to you

The Living Well Team give lots of types of help.
They help patients manage and control the symptoms of their illness.
They can recommend equipment that will help you to keep your independence at home
They also offer courses to help patients manage the symptoms of their illness, like being very tired
