

Welfare Benefits Advisers work as part of the Family Support Team at St Richard’s Hospice to provide effective and efficient general advice, tailored to the needs of the patients and their carers.
Patients and families can be seen at the hospice, or in their own homes. This service is provided in partnership with Citizens Advice Worcester (CITA)

• Benefit calculations, advice and subsequent form completion
• Charity applications
• Signposting to local and national organisations
• Referrals to specialist CITA Advisers
