THE SPA AT PORTETTA Our treatments start from the moment you enter, but they don’t finish when you walk out. Our expert team focuses on authentic, holistic treatments that take inspiration from centuries of well-being tradition so that you feel better for longer.

The range of treatments are luxurious and indulgent but also health-giving and good for the soul.

We believe we have created a space for you to relax and unwind, either alone or in company. It is the perfect place to work out, re-energise and look after your mind and body either pre or post a hard days skiing!

OUR PRODUCT HOUSES We have deliberately chosen to work with boutique product houses who share our ethos of authenticity and well-being.

BAMFORD These products cleanse, protect and rejuvenate the body with natural and organic ingredients accredited to the highest standards by the Soil Association. Their naturally luxurious products combine modern cosmetic science with natural essential oil blends and perform beautifully while balancing both mind and body. Bamford Body source all their own natural ingredients responsibly and make all their products in England. They are free from GMO, parabens, SLS and mineral oils.

Bamford Body Oils are used in many of our treatments and each one offers a unique experience: Geranium – refreshes and uplifts, Rose – nourishes and soothes, Rosemary – invigorates and tones and Camomile – calms and purifies.

OSKIA Pure nutrition works together with the latest skincare technology to create OSKIA, a modern brand that works in harmony with your body and delivers healthy, radiant skin.

OSKIA’s formulations are designed to improve skin cell health and deliver visible, radiant results. Broad-spectrum nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, proteins and essential fatty acids are applied together to uplift skin cell efficiency leading to healthier skin.

In harmony with our natural approach, OSKIA’s multi-award winning products are free from parabens, artificial colourants and fragrances and other potentially harmful ingredients.

OPI As the world leader in the professional nail care industry, OPI is committed to combining leading-edge innovation with high-quality products. Known for its exceptional formula, fashionable colours and iconic names, OPI’s heavily-pigmented lacquers are super rich, longlasting, and chip-resistant.

SPA INFORMATION OPENING TIMES Open every day from 12 noon until 8.30pm and from 2pm until 7.30pm on Saturday. Between 12pm and 3pm we offer a 30% discount on all treatments.

SPA RESERVATIONS If you can, we’d suggest you book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment. Bookings are made directly with the spa reception.

SPA ARRIVAL We advise you arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment time to allow you to change into your robe and for us to confirm your requirements.

Please be aware that late arrivals may mean we have to reduce your treatment time.

HEALTH CONDITIONS Please let us know of any health conditions you suffer from when you make your appointment. This will enable us to recommend the treatments and products that are most suitable for you. We will ask you to complete a confidential health questionnaire before your treatment.

PREGNANCY AND POST-NATAL It is vital that mothers-to-be advise us when booking as some treatments will not be suitable for pregnant women. No treatments will be permitted within the first trimester (12 weeks), apart from manicures and pedicures.

CANCELLATION POLICY Please give 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your treatment.

BAMFORD Ces produits nettoient, protègent et rajeunissent le corps avec des ingrédients naturels et biologiques accrédités aux normes les plus élevées par la Soil Association. Leurs produits naturels de luxe combinent la science cosmétique moderne avec des mélanges d’huiles essentielles naturelles pour équilibrer à la fois le corps et l’esprit. Bamford Body utilise à la source des ingrédients naturels de façon responsable et crée tous ses produits en Angleterre. Ils sont sans OGM, parabènes, SLS et huiles minérales.

RESERVATIONS AU SPA Si vous pouvez, nous vous suggérons de réserver vos soins à l’avance pour éviter toute déception. Les réservations se font directement avec la réception du Spa. ARRIVÉE AU SPA Nous vous conseillons d’arriver 30 minutes avant l’heure de votre soin pour vous permettre d’enfiler votre peignoir et de confirmer vos attentes.

S’il vous plait, soyez conscient que les arrivées tardives peuvent diminuer le temps de votre soin.

PROBLÈMES DE SANTÉ S’il vous plait, veuillez nous informer de vos éventuels problèmes de santé à la prise du rendez-vous. Cela nous permettra de vous conseiller sur les prestations et les produits vous convenant le mieux. Nous vous demanderons de remplir une fiche de consultation avant votre soin.

GROSSESSE ET POST-NATALE Il est essentiel que les futures mères nous informent de leur état lors de la réservation car certains soins ne sont pas adaptés pour les femmes enceintes. Aucun soin ne sera autorisé au cours du premier trimestre (12 semaines), à l’exception de la manucure et de la pédicure.

Next, using a choice of Bamford’s Body Oils, your massage begins with the feet and legs and then moves upwards to the whole of the back, including the neck and shoulders. Hands and arms will also get the attention they require and the final touch is a calming scalp massage.

BAMFORD ROSE RELAXING UPPER BODY AND FACIAL MASSAGE A luxurious treatment that begins with exfoliation of the back using Bamford’s Body Polish with Rosemary, Lemon and Cedar, followed by a relaxing massage with Bamford’s Camomile Body Oil. The hands and arms are massaged, followed by a soothing neck and shoulder massage. Finally, a facial massage with our precious blend of Rose, Lemon and Camomile will leave you completely relaxed.

Using Bamford’s aromatherapy oil and a combination of Swedish massage techniques and warm volcanic stones, this ancient stone massage will simply melt away muscle tension, ease stress and stimulate blood circulation. One stone movement is equivalent to 10 hand movements.

BAMFORD SOIN AUX PIERRES CHAUDES Si un soin profondément complet du corps et du visage est ce que vous désirez, alors ne cherchez pas plus loin.
