• We will always give our best effort to ship orders complete and on time.

• Straight Down reserves the right not to hold up a large order when waiting on the availability on a small quantity of styles. No deductions will be allowed for freight on back orders.

TERMS

• Our terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All payments must be made within these terms.

• Deductions from payments for any reason will not be allowed until a credit memo has been issued.

• A service charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to delinquent outstanding charges.

EMBROIDERY

• $95.00 charge to set up artwork for embroidery. No charge if embroidery .DST file is provided.

• $3.50 charge for each logo under 7,000 stitches. Additional $0.25 for every 1,000 stitches thereafter.

• $5.00 charge for each logo under 12-piece order.

HEAT TRANSFER LOGO PROGRAM

• $95.00 set up fee. Set up fee is waived is in vector (ai., eps.) format.

• $3.50 per logo. 24 piece minimum order.

• Logo size requirements: Pricing is based on 3” X 3” logo.

SHORTAGE’S, ERRORS AND DEFECTS

• All orders shipped are done so with the utmost care and precision. In the unlikely case of an error, Straight Down recommends doing the following:

1. Inspect all shipments carefully.

2. Verify total number of cartons.

3. Carefully review packing list against items in your shipment to be sure they match.

• Any shortages, errors or defective merchandise must be reported to Straight Down customer service within five days of the receipt of the merchandise.

• Damage found and reported must be a defect that was caused by Straight Down. When possible, damaged merchandise will be repaired and returned to you promptly.

RETURN POLICY

• All return authorization (RA#) requests must be handled through your Straight Down sales rep.

• Only merchandise included in the return will be reviewed and accepted for credit. Any unauthorized styles included in the return will not be subject to credit and that merchandise will be returned to you.

• All merchandise being returned must be clean and unaltered. Any merchandise not meeting these standards will be returned to the customer.
