IWe have started teaching judging and presiding to the Juniors, as well as the more advanced fencers, and we now hope to be able to - judge and preside over the inter-House competitions in the Summer
Term without external assistance.

Possibly because of the good weather for rugger, the squash courts have not been in demand as much as usual. This has been particularly true of the Junior part of the School, and it is hoped that a greater interest will be taken in the Easter Term.
The competitions started towards the end of term but it was a very slow start. Matches must be played far sooner during the Easter Term if the competitions are to be completed.
The 1st V played four matches, winning three and losing to the Abbeydale Club, Sheffield; we would like to thank Mr. J. Biggin for arranging this excellent fixture.
