St. Peter Catholic
Career & Technical High School
As we begin our second school year, St Peter Catholic Career & Technical High School continues to see many “firsts” including our first 9th grade class becoming upperclassmen as 10th graders, and a new 9th grade class.

We are grateful to the many individuals and foundations who have helped make St. Peter Catholic a reality as the The support we have received to assist us in renovating our facility and starting our Financial Aid program have made it possible for us to not only open our doors, but also attract our first two classes of students.
St. Peter Catholic serves those seeking a Catholic secondary education as an alternative to public high school, or private college preparatory high schools. September 2024

We offer students in the Archdiocese their choice of pathways in either Business, Construction, Education, and Information Technology as well as pathways to success in the classroom and beyond. first Catholic, private, co-educational high school in the state of Texas.
We now embark on our next phase in our school’s journey with the beginning of an Annual Giving campaign with a defined mission of supporting the students, families, and long-term success of St Peter Catholic
While the school has an annual tuition of $15,000 per student, 96% percent of our students are receiving Financial Aidcovering on average 86% of their tuition.
With more students – from 10 last year to 26 this year - a 160% enrollment increase - our needs have become greater with a 155% percent increase in the amount of Financial Aid the school provides

With the growing enrollment the costs for our educational programs, additional teaching staff, student support, Admissions outreach, and continued enhancements for student security have all increased exponentially. The school families are

contributing 18% toward the total of the school’s budget which means that the school needs to cover the additional 82% of the total cost of providing the St. Peter Catholic experience through fundraising.

“St. Peter Catholic has become more than just a school. I have seen my child become enthusiastic about learning and I could not think of a better place than St. Peter Catholic for my child to grow.” - School Parent
We are currently in the process of submitting grant applications to major foundations to help support the growth and continued success of St Peter Catholic, and it is also important for the school to establish a solid base of funding on an annual basis to help us maintain our growth and success.
As more families become aware of our first of its kind program in our Archdiocese, city, and state we know our enrollment and our needs will continue to grow. It is our goal - and we need the support of many to continue for us to be successful in doing so - to be able to accept as many students as we can to carry out our mission:
“To empower students to be models of faith through Catholic spiritual formation while providing a creative and comprehensive education in career and technical pathways.”
In order for us to continue this journey we have started - this significant impact to Catholic education now available in Houston - we need your support.
