"The best thing about the friendships here at St. Peter Catholic is the memories you’ve created together. For example, on our class retreat we got to spend the whole day together — playing games, having fun conversations, growing in our faith together. And that made me happy, because they’re my best friends, and they’ve made me a better person, truly.” - Victoria Sepulveda, Class of 2029 21

At St. Peter Catholic Career & Technical High School, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to develop their God-given talents, grow in faith, and prepare for a successful future. Making this mission a reality requires the generosity of a community committed to investing in the lives of our students. While every family contributes toward tuition, including those receiving support through Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) funds, tuition alone does not cover the full cost of educating our students. The actual cost of educating each student including all of our programs - $29,000.

The generosity of our donors and supporters helps bridge the gap between the actual cost of educating each student, Tuition, TEFA, and what most families we serve can contribute. This support helps St. Peter Catholic sustain our educational programs, support our Catholic identity, and ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent students from discovering their potential.

$29,000 In support of the mission of the school, the Board of Trustees set tuition at $15,000 per student. This amount is intentionally lower than the actual cost to specifically assist lower-income families. Today, 96% of our families receive financial aid, reflecting our commitment to making a quality Catholic, career and technical education accessible to students and families who might otherwise be unable to afford it.

$15,000

96%

$10,000

82% 66% of our students were able to be granted TEFA funding.

$1,000 $3,000

Our Financial Aid program is need-based and with our current enrollment, covers between 60% - 90% of a student’s tuition. For the 2026 - 2027 school year on average the school covers 82% of tuition for students through the Financial Aid program. Most families pay between $1,000 $3,000 per year depending upon need. 18

of faith through Catholic spiritual formation while providing a creative and comprehensive education in career and technical pathways. What began as a bold vision—to create the first private, Catholic, co-educational Career & Technical high school in Texas — became a reality when St. Peter Catholic opened its doors to its inaugural class in August 2023. From the beginning, St. Peter Catholic was designed to offer something different: an education that brings together the formation of the whole person through the Catholic faith with the knowledge, skills, and experiences students need to succeed in the workforce, continuing education, and life. The school’s unique Career & Technical model was developed with significant guidance from local business and community leaders, who helped identify industries with strong current and projected employment opportunities in the Houston region.

For example, on our class retreat we got to spend the whole day together — playing games, having fun conversations, growing in our faith together.
