- Participation in Fright Nights at the Field carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. By entering, you knowingly and voluntarily accept and assume all risks both physical and emotional associated with participation.
- You will be exposed to numerous special effects including but not limited to flashing/strobing lights, scary imagery, loud noises & music, fog/haze, compressed air blasts, scare actors hiding & jumping out, and other effects throughout Fright Nights at the Field. Conditions and terrain may be uneven and slippery due to weather conditions.
- DO NOT participate if you are pregnant, intoxicated, suffer from claustrophobia, PTSD, anxiety or any type of mental, physical or respiratory problems, are prone to seizures, dizziness, motion sickness, heart, back/neck problems or other physical ailments, which may be aggravated by Fright Nights at the Field activities. Consult with your doctor prior to entering if you have any health concerns. Do not participate if you are taking medications or mind-altering drugs of any type.
- Participation may cause you to suffer injuries ranging from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains to (2) major injuries such as joint or back injuries, heart attacks and concussions to (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death.
- No one under the age of 12 is allowed entry. Minors between 12-15 require a parent or guardian to accompany them.All entrants must sign a waiver and all minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Event operators are not liable for personal property loss or damage.
- Do not touch the actors, scenes or props.
- No flashlight or flash photography may be taken inside the experience.
- By entering, you release and hold harmless the event operator, Diamond Baseball Holdings, LLC, its parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlords from any liability for injury, death, loss, or expense arising, directly or indirectly, from your participation.
THEREARE NO REFUNDS! ENTERATYOUR OWN RISK! Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken / admission refused. No refunds will be issued for early exit due to fear, discomfort, or violation of conduct rules.
