We offer candlelit private dining for our couples in Stoneridge Lodge, and we can host small private dinners for groups of up to 14 in our Maynes Room until 10pm. Our spectacular Hayes Room is also available for intimate receptions of 15 or more.

All pricing is in NZD excluding GST (15%). Prices are subject to change without notice. All bookings are subject to vendor availability and Stoneridge reserves the right to vary pricing up until the time that services are booked and confirmed by vendors. For packages that include heli-flights, in the event that fuel or operational costs increase unexpectedly after booking, an additional charge may be levied at the helicopter company’s discretion. Wedding packages and pricing are valid for weddings taking place prior to 31 August 2028. Pricing for weddings held between 1 September 2028 and 31 August 2029 will be released in winter 2027. Please note our menu pricing is updated annually. Canapé and dinner prices are valid for weddings taking place prior to 31 August 2027; our menu pricing for 1 September 2027–31 August 2028 will be released in winter 2027. Surcharges may apply on NZ statutory holidays – please refer to the ceremony and reception venue contracts for full terms and conditions.
