An exceptional month across sales and property management for May. With a slight shift in the market due to interest rates being increased it hasn't shown a huge impact at Stone with activity still holding strong.

Property management highlights.

Rental Market Update May has been another great month in property management with Emma head of the department reporting that the vacancy rate is at 0% which is incredible. The demand for rental properties is extremely high with properties not sitting on the market for long after being listed.

Coming up in June The wonderful Jessica Boyde returns to the office to train new starter Selina Robinson who will be joining the PM team as Leasing Consultant.
