Taking Centre Stage
An event that highlights the wonderful talent the real estate industry holds and the future it shapes for young rising stars. Jamie Pereira competed in the REINSW Novice Auctioneers Competition and represented himself with great confidence and calmness. Jamie was selected as a wild card for the state finals held in Sydney where his personality shone and made the team at Stone proud. Jamie has a bright future in his real estate career.

With a slight shift in the property market we are seeing things slow down compared to this time last year. However at Stone we are seeing that our difference is assisting buyers, sellers and investors to move forward in this market and reach their goals.

Rental Market Update Great results in our rental department this month with the standout being average days on market 4.1 in June. The demand for rental properties is extremely high with properties not sitting on the market for long after being listed.
Surprise Surprise There is exciting things happening in our property management department. We are excited to announce Lauren Mellor and her partner are expecting a baby boy early January 2023, congratulations. Jake McKinnon takes an exciting new turn in his career as our New Business Development Manager. We are excited to watch Jake flourish and do amazing things in his new role. We welcome Selina Robinson, Cassandra Boland and Kendra McLachlan to the property management team this month.
