The Coast by Stone turns ONE this month

A look back on the last year February 2021 we started The Coast by Stone with the intention of giving our loyal readers an insight into real estate, but in a fresh and personable manner. Since the magazine’s first issue, it has been very popular and has grown in delivering content and subscribers which has been wonderful to see. The intention was not only to deliver property news but also introduce our office and team on a more personal level rather than just their profession, and the response from our readers has been incredible.

Property Envy Each month we highlighted the property that stood out and wowed us. Did we deliver some exceptional properties? Yes we did, some months it was hard to pick which deserved the spotlight.

It wasn’t always property When our staff celebrated the most memorable days of their lives we celebrated with them. 2021 was the year of proposals, engagements, weddings and baby news.
