NEW LISTING
8A Northcote Avenue, Paxton Welcome to the 16th edition of Stone Property News for the villages, Congewai and Quorrobolong areas. The buyer market at present is crazy with buyer demand extremely strong and available listings in extremely short supply. As mentioned in my last newsletter, buyer competition will bring out the best results with most properties at present selling over vendor’s expectations. With 4 sold properties in the villages and another 5 under contract since the last edition in mid June, most buyers are snapping up properties in the 1st week of marketing. Having achieved some outstanding sale prices for my vendors I currently have a large volume of buyers looking for homes or property in the villages. If you or someone you know is thinking of selling please give me a call. Lifestyle buyers and first home buyers are making up the strongest section of the buyer market with investors still about but they are struggling to compete with the 1st home owner market. If you are considering selling NOW is most definitely the best time. Realestate.com.au most recent newsletter reports: “Despite the unprecedented market conditions the COVID-19 health pandemic has created, Australia’s passion for property has never been stronger. Recent months have seen realestate.com.au experience record audience numbers and a surge in buyer enquiries.”
