› 61% were from out-of-the-area › 39% were living locally

I feel the statistics above show positive signs for our market with both the re-emergence of investors as indicated in our last newsletter and the high percentage of 1st home buyers securing their property. During the months of Novemeber and December Stone Real Estate Hunter Valley are conducting an initiative called the “Villages” price drive. We will provide a full report on current sale prices in the area and the change in trends for properties in our local area.
