In 2019, Stone Hunter Valley sold 157 properties across 2 offices (Kurri & Cessnock), achieving an average sale price $415,000. 1161 open homes were conducted, with 1785 attendees. According to RP Data, the median house price is $327,000 in Abermain and $316,000 in Weston.
