IT Scale is Stone’s Tech-as-a-Service (TaaS) offering, providing organisations with a smart way to build a bespoke IT infrastructure that can scale up or down depending on your changing business conditions or operational needs.

It’s an affordable and scalable approach to IT asset management, allowing you to keep your devices or infrastructure services for as long as you like, with the ability to upgrade them as needed or return them at any point if they no longer in use.

Our monthly subscription cost scales as you expand or reduce your device or infrastructure requirements. There are no three-year budget peaks for upgrades, as IT Scale allows organisations to refresh as they need to.

Device as a Service - Model Benefits

Stone has several “as a service” offerings, including Device as a Service, so organisations can keep investing in hardware while mitigating risk. As we continue to face economic uncertainty, transitioning to a service-based model means you can eliminate any initial hardware investments from your IT budgets. Instead, end-user hardware updates are easy to forecast and you can give your teams the tech they need at a lower, more manageable cost.

Removing IT ownership also means that organisations no longer need to worry about lifecycle management and the depreciation of assets. And when upgrades are required, the costs are covered, and you can simply give back the equipment you no longer need.

Stone Group is in a unique position to most other ICT resellers as we have our own onsite, fully accredited IT asset disposal facility, meaning when customers have finished with their devices, we take them back, refurbish them and give them a second life where possible. These refurbished models are then either resold or can be offered to other IT Scale customers with limited IT budgets.
