In our three decades as a leading IT and AV provider our services have naturally evolved - and ten years ago we reshaped our business model to support our customers seamlessly throughout their IT lifecycle while improving the sustainability of our operations. We extended our offering by investing in a 100,000 square foot production, manufacturing and IT recycling facility, and we’re now the only manufacturer and reseller in the UK with our own on-site IT Asset Disposal facility, and we’re accredited to WEEE, DIPCOG and Valpak Zero Landfill standards.

Carried out at our award-winning recycling facility at our Staffordshire HQ, our ITAD service is simple, secure and effective. Our recycling facility is fully accredited by the Environment Agency and awarded a Distinction from ADISA, as well as industry leading certifications from Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, DIPCOG and more. Our accreditations display our recognition as a responsible ITAD provider that you can trust.

We guarantee 100% accountability for all assets, and can provide accurate and timely Asset Management Reports, so you can demonstrate full compliance with GDPR and WEEE. 06

Our facility is fully accredited with certifications including ISO 27001: Information Security Management, ADISA Distinction with Honours, DIPCOG and Cyber Essentials. 07

Secure Tracked Vehicles

Collections are made using our own solid-sided, GPS-tracked vehicles which are fitted with load weighting systems and security cameras to ensure maximum security and 100% of our Stone employed drivers are security cleared and DBS checked. 08
