Introduction Welcome to Stone Group’s new eCommerce site. Designed to give you full control of your IT Asset Lifecycle - buy new, buy refurb, recycle tech, earn rebates and plant trees. All in one place. Stone’s new site has been created for use on any platform. Whether you want to place an order at your desk during normal working hours or even a lastminute order whilst watching Netflix, we offer you the flexibility and control to do that. Whether you’re an existing Stone customer, or new to Stone - this site has been built with you in mind to help strengthen our efforts to create a circular economy. Creating an online account with Stone opens up an array of features which will streamline IT procurement for your organisation, whilst saving money and being kinder to the environment. Our goal with this site is to ensure that all previous prices and plans set up with your existing account manager stays the same, however you can also access and order additional products whenever you want, however you want. Existing Customers The site has been designed to make it as easy as possible to navigate, so you’ll have no problem trying to find where to create your account. Once you’ve reached the ‘Create an Account’ page, you will see two options at the top - Organisation and Personal. For the purpose of this guide, we’ll select Organisation. If your organisation or school needs an account with us, then please fill out our registration form here. Once you’ve submitted that account, and we’ve matched it with the appropriate sales team, you’ll benefit from a personal account manager to support you as well as our website with the most comprehensive range of competitively priced IT hardware in the UK.

New Customers Welcome to Stone. You can easily navigate to creating an account from the homepage. Once you’ve reached the ‘Create an Account’ page, you will see the same two options at the top - Organisation and Personal. For the purpose of this guide, we’ll select Organisation. As you can see below, if you are a new customer you will need to provide us with a little more detail in order for us to best understand your organisation and match you with the correct sales team. Once you have submitted all of your details, we will then follow the same process as mentioned previously. We’ll match you with a personal account manager who will help support you through the start of your circular IT journey.

Not anymore, the tools available within your My Stone Account help you control your IT procurement at the speed you need – from one easy-to-use website that simplifies your IT asset lifecycle management – from initial purchase decision to recycling and replacement. My Stone Account is our eCommerce solution design to make your IT procurement simple, quick and easy. We can customise our portal to suit your needs. With the powerful tools your Stone Account offers your organisation, you can consolidate all the spend that has been leaking out to multiple suppliers, enabling you to gain control over that spend, ensure it’s on approved products, and to maximise the value you can obtain. Set user access permissions so that your buyers have a different experience from order approvers. Ensure that budgets are not exceeded and create groups of frequently ordered products to ensure your team can source more quickly and waste less time. Your Stone Account Manager will help you build a custom catalogue covering all your organisation’s needs and will work to ensure you get the best possible pricing for those components.

As we look to live and create a circular economy, Stone are proud to be leading the way by offering you fully circular IT asset lifecycle management. Our award-winning Stone 360 app combined with our new website provides ultimate control of your IT asset lifecycle. Stone 360 is our multi-award-winning, revolutionary IT recycling app that enables organisations to book and manage collections of their broken, old, or redundant IT at their convenience with the click of a button. If you are an organisation who uses our app, you will have by now earned some rebate which can then be turned into points. This is where these points come into play. When purchasing new tech, you can redeem your Stone 360 points and we will boost those by 20%. For example: If you’re an existing Stone 360 customer, and over the time you’ve recycled with us you’ve acquired 2200 points. Each point is worth £1. That’s £2200 paid as a rebate or if you want to put this towards new tech, we’ll boost those points by an additional 20%, bringing the total to £2640. When you come to purchase new tech from our site, you will be able to log in and see the points directly in your account. From here, you will be able to redeem as many points as you’d like by submitting a request to our recycling team. You will then receive a confirmation email with a discount code to use on any purchase from the Stone website. In the future, our Stone 360 IT recycling app will be integrated with our e-commerce platform and you will be able to redeem your points automatically against any of your purchases.
