Born and raised in Central Florida, Shazia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She is a licensed real estate agent and has 9 plus years of Real Estate experience working as business manager for a top producing luxury real estate team in Winter Park. She has been involved in all aspects from pre listing, marketing, and contract to close of over 500 real estate transactions, totalling over $1.1 billion in sales. Shazia also has experience working at a top downtown Orlando full service law firm in the residential real estate closing department. She utilizes her knowledge and experience to help keep clients well-informed and feeling comfortable throughout the entire home selling and buying process. In her free time, Shazia enjoys going to the beach, playing tennis, running and spending time with her husband and two young children.

Carla Becnel Transaction Manager & Client Care Specialist

Carla, a 28-year real estate veteran with deep experience in the transaction and closing process. Her extensive experience includes managing all aspects of closings, transaction management, vendor relations, crisis management, financial modeling, valuation research, and client database management. She is passionate about serving both buyers and sellers and builds long lasting relationships throughout the community to help her serve clients through a smooth closing experience. Raised in Windermere and Dr. Phillips, and was the first graduating class at Dr. Phillips High School. She also spent time living in New Orleans where she obtained her Louisiana Real Estate License. Carla enjoys the New Orleans Saints, LSU Geaux Tigers, physical fitness, meditation time, and spending time with her family and friends. She is a proud mother of two daughters, three grown bonus children, five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
