Celebrating its 53rd year, the Annual Industrial Technology Barbecue is a chance to recognize businesses who have moved their operations to San Joaquin County, or who have expanded their already present operations in the area. Awards will be given to industrial businesses that have either added jobs in the county, expanded their business by a certain square footage, or made a significant capital investment.

To qualify for the awards, industrial businesses must have added twenty new jobs or more in San Joaquin County, created at least twenty thousand square feet of new or expanded roofed facility area in San Joaquin County, or have invested one million dollars or more in capital in the county. Businesses must have been in operation before July 1 of this year.
