ICE BATHING IN THE ZEMM GORGE WITH OUR FITNESS GUIDE JEAN On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 a.m., we’ll drive together down to the Zemmschlucht, where we’ll take the plunge into the cold water. Before the ice bath, there will of course be a briefing, and everyone can decide for themselves whether to get in the water and how long to stay in. Ice bathing has an anti-inflammatory effect on the body, boosts metabolism, and strengthens the immune system—perfect before winter! Please come dressed in everyday clothes (e.g., pants, T-shirt, jacket) and get started—not in a bathrobe! Please bring the following items: a swimsuit, bikini, or swim trunks; a towel; flip-flops; and a bag for your wet clothes. Don’t forget to bring a change of clothes for afterward. Important: Sturdy footwear is absolutely required! Register via the STOCK app or directly at the front desk.
